All orders placed at HP-Battery USA (of in-stock items) are processed and shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday! All orders placed before 3:00PM PST will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00PM PST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Orders for multiple items can be shipped in separate shipments upon customers' requests. HP-Battery USA will charge extra shipping costs for orders that are sent in separate shipments.

All shipments will receive tracking number and is fully insured while in transit. All orders in weekends and North American holidays will be processed the next business day. Rates for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and International customers will vary based on the weight of the order and destination. We will contact you by email/phone regarding for any extra shipping charges.
Unlike many other internet stores, we don't make profit by shipping charges. We only charge actual shipping cost and handling labour fee. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Due to inaccessibility of some rural areas/remote areas, additional shipping costs might be incurred. We will notify you for any extra shipping cost required.
In the event that we don't have one or more of your items in stock, and we cannot get the items from the manufacturer within 2 weeks, we will notify you right away via e-mail and/or phone, at which point we'll let you know how long it will be before we can ship your item(s). If there are multiple items on your order, we will ship out the entire order once all items are in stock. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped first, please contact us and let us know.
