Operating Days: Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address (including full name and phone number) is completely accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

Responsibility: Import duties, taxes, and related customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Customs Clearance: Delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country are beyond our control.

5. Expedited Shipping

Need it faster? We can arrange expedited shipping (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT) upon request.

6. Can I change my order once it has been processed?

Generally, orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order, we will try our best to accommodate the change(s). If the order has already been shipped out, we can not make any changes.

7. I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Please contact our customer service department and indicate that you need a receipt/invoice. Then we will send you it by mail.
